I cannot say enough great things about this program. And while the weight loss feels great, the best part is I feel better than I have in years. My joints don’t hurt, and I move better than I have in a long time. I have more energy. I’m sleeping better, and no longer wake up feeling like I haven’t slept at all. I’ve watched my body fat levels steadily decrease. And other than the normal walking I do as part of life every day, I haven’t exercised at all - this is all due to the program.
I HIGHLY recommend the SlimNation program, particularly to people who have struggled in the past. It’s a steady approach to healthy weight loss and better overall health.
