I cannot say enough great things about this program. I struggled for YEARS with my weight, beginning with perimenopause, and now post-menopausal (I mention this because women are often told to just get used to the idea of gaining weight at this stage of their lives.) My doctor always suggested I lose weight, but offered no constructive advice as to how. At 59, I’d pretty much accepted that I was going to be overweight the rest of my life. Then I was offered the opportunity to try this program through my employer and figured “why not”? That “why not” has turned into the best decision I ever made. Just about 3 months in, I have already lost 18 pounds. I have more to lose, but have no doubts I will accomplish my goal. My joints don’t hurt, and I move better than I have in a long time. I have more energy. I’m sleeping better, and no longer wake up feeling like I haven’t slept at all. I’ve watched my body fat levels steadily decrease. And other than the normal walking I do as part of life every day, I haven’t exercised at all - this is all due to the program. I am thrilled with my results and would highly recommend this program. I don’t know why something so simple work but it just does and I have consistently lost weight every week. 1-2 pounds each week for 12 weeks and that included during thanksgiving and Christmas. After turning 55 my weight was up and I struggled to take it off no matter how I ate or exercised. With this program I never felt hungry and there were no complicated meal plans. Everything I ate was based on my selections of favorite foods and dislikes .This program just worked for me and continues to do so. Rob Nevins My husband and I have lived a lot of life like most of you reading this post. At 59 and 67 we re-committed to a healthy life style including a healthy diet, weight loss, and a leaner body. We made this decision in order to live longer lives for ourselves, each other, and our new baby grandaughters. We had heard of Rob, Slim Nation, and many success stories that validated the potential success of the program. We decided to dedicate ourselves to the program and vowed to follow the program as prescribed. Best investment of our lives. The program is smart, flexible, and sustainable. We have collectively lost 60 pounds and 15% body fat. We feel amazing, lean, energetic and happy. After 5 months on the program my total cholesterol dropped from 300 to 150. This was the biggest surprise and additional outcome supporting the program’s success. The lean, lean, load day method was easy to follow and served as a sustainable model for us. I can not give out enough positive comments and Rob Nevins and Slim Nation. I’ve known Rob personally and professionally for over 12 years. I first met him when his program was being run through my employer and I had my daughter’s wedding coming up. The philosophy of the program is that it’s not a diet but a lifestyle change on how you can eat healthy, lose weight and most importantly maintain it. You don’t count points or deprive yourself of things you enjoy but it teaches you how to manage portions and eat lean. The success I personally witnessed, not just for myself but co-workers was inspiring. I saw people who were able to come off insulin, high blood pressure and cholesterol medications and again, maintain their success. I’m in Human Resources so when I left to go to another employer, I brought Rob and Slim Nation along for the ride. Again complete success. The Police Department was very active in the program and the success was so noticeable I received a call from the Chief of a neighboring town asking for information. In the 1st quarter of the program being run we saw a 12% drop in maintenance medications. Simple put, the program works. The other positive is Rob himself. He is your biggest advocate and cheerleader. If you find yourself struggling or sliding, Rob works with you to get you back on track. He’s your own personal nutrition expert.
